払 い 戻 し 方 針
公演中止・延期による払い戻し
REFUNDS, POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION
公演中止によりご迷惑をおかけいたしました事をお詫び申し上げます。返金作業を行いますのでお客様の取引詳細を確認出来ます領収書か発券済みチケットのお写真(ご購入枚数分)をご送付頂けますか？尚、ご指定の返金用銀行口座情報もお教え下さいませ。銀行名、預金種類(普通/当座)、支店名(支店番号)、口座番号、口座御名義、電話番号をよろしくお願いいたします。

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of a performance. To process the refunds, we have to verify the details of your transaction. Could you please send us a receipt or a photo of the issued ticket (for the number of tickets purchased)?
In addition, please tell us the bank account information for the refunds. Please provide the bank name, deposit type (ordinary/current account), branch name (branch number), account number, and account holder name and phone number.

公演の延期、中止以外での払い戻しはいたしません。
No refunds will be given except for postponement or cancellation of the performance.
お買い求めいただいたチケットは返品できません。
The purchased ticket cannot be returned.
お客様都合によるチケット購入後のキャンセル・変更につきまして、チケットの払い戻しはお受けできません。あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
Tickets cannot be refunded for cancellations or changes after purchase due to customer convenience. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
アーティストの急病、天候不良など興行主催者の都合により公演が中止・延期となった場合の払い戻しは、チケットの払い戻しになります。
If the performance is canceled or postponed due to the artist's sudden illness, bad weather, etc., the ticket will be refunded.
SFL ARTISTでチケットを購入したお客様は、「払い戻し方法のお知らせ」をご登録メールアドレスへお送りします。
Customers who purchased tickets at SFL ARTIST will be sent a "Refund Method Notice" to the registered email address.
SFL Artistの主催する公演では、いかなる場合（紛失、破棄、盗難、破損、持ち忘れなど）におきましてもチケットの再発行は一切行っておりません。お客様がチケットを購入した証明（発券証明や領収書）をお持ちでも、ご入場できません。公演当日まで大切に保管してください
。
At the performances hosted by SFL Artist, tickets will not be reissued in any case (lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged, forgotten, etc.). Even if you have proof of purchase of the ticket (proof of ticketing or receipt), you cannot enter. Please keep it in a safe place until the day of the performance.
払い戻し方法. ご購入されたチケットをお引き取り済みの方は、引取方法（チケットぴあ・
ローチケット・楽天チケット・イープラス）をお選びになり、払い戻し方法をご確認ください。
Refund method. If you have already collected the purchased ticket, please select the collection method (Ticket Pia, Lawson Ticket,Rakuten Ticket, E-Plus) and check the refund method.
